Work Experience..

I completed my B-Tech in 2003. After a long vacation abroad came to Banglore in search of a job. I attended a couple of interviews out here, mostly in the ITES, as my programming skills were not up to the mark.I got placed in C-Cubed Solutions in November 2004. I was offered the post of Technical Support Associate for Sony Computers, USA. I was into chat support. The training was successfully completed and we hit the floor by December 2004. During the initial days it was very difficult, as we had to work in night shifts, issues were not much easily done with and handling more than two sessions were tough! We were to provide first level of support for the Sony VAIO customers of the U.S. and Canada. The product line consists of Desktop, Notebook, Micro vaults, VAIO Music player and CLIE handheld. We helped the customers with basic troubleshooting, installation as well as usage of the product and the bundled software. I started enjoying the work after the first couple of months. We were to handle about 4 chats simultaneously and had to meet a target of 45 chats. Most of the days we were asked to do staggered shifts, as was required. In the later part of my career with C-Cube I was made a mentor and PA, which was a reward for my work. The things that I enjoyed in C-Cube were good friends, the shift timings, near to my residence and no strict dress code.
I worked with C-Cubed Solutions for good 25 months before joining Genisys Software on Decmeber 26th. I really had a great time out there. I expected to have a long lasting relationship with this company. However which was not the case. I quit this company after 17 days...
The reason being I had cleared the HP interview and was looking forward to join this fortune 50 company. It was a dream come true!! "Me & HP Everything is possible"..........

School and College Days...

I had my primary education out there in U.A.E. with my parents. I studied in Indian School, till 5th standard. Came back to Kerala in 1991 and completed my High School. I stayed in the hostel during my high school days. I got to know people from different backgrounds and made a lot of friends with whom I still keep contact. It was the experiences that I had during these days that created the person, which I'm today. I enjoyed studying and also found time for extra curricular activities. I was interested in team events. It was one of the best parts of my life. After my high school days, I again moved to U.A.E with my parents in 1996 and stayed out there for another two years. I enrolled in the science stream. During these days I was very much concerned about what after 12th. Lately I decided to go for Engineering. I returned to Kerala, after completing my exams, to pursue a career in engineering. It was tough time to get through the entrance and finally got an admission for B-Tech. I got admission for the Electronics and Communication branch in Co-Operative Institute of Technology, Kerala. This was what I describe as a second phase in my life. I had fewer regulations on me. It was upon me to decide how to shape my future. I stayed with friends in a rented house. We stayed together for four years. I had good memoirs of my school and college days that are to be cherished for a long time.
